469 steps to go in...

...the next hour or so, then I'll have hit my new target of 11k steps.  Seriously unexpected but a huge relief that I've done it a lot easier than last week, so maybe my body just needs to be pushed once a week to help me to shed those extra kilo's that I'm carrying?

 

About to take my pills, then I'll take my lead from my body about how quickly it wants to go to bed when the side effects start kicking in.
