...the 7 hour mark of caring for my carer, so I'd say it's gonna be an easy 10 hour day and likely to be around 12 hours too... might even be a 13 hour day if I have another late night of caring for him again.
The recyclers have been and gone so I'm gonna go and do my last laps of the day now.
Had 8 biscuits and 300g of blueberries for my lunch, so I'm gonna be significantly under the calories again by the time I head to bed tonight, same tomorrow and highly likely on Wednesday too, but I've already ranted about that once today, so I won't repeat myself 😆
