...first caffeinated drink in about 10 days now and my carer has just gone into the bathroom, potentially for a poo 💩 and he's got his phone with him, so he'll be in there for at least half an hour, which means I'll be weeing outside again.
I'm gonna try and immerse myself in getting the news sorted while I'm waiting for him to come out, to try and take my mind off my bladder.
Not gonna do any laps until I start eating lunch again otherwise I'll lose too much weight and won't be able to put it back on again.
