My knees and legs are killing me now, cos I did 40 active minutes this morning just to try and push myself a bit... I'll see how I feel at lunchtime and won't push myself too hard if I'm still recovering. On Monday I was going to do 15 minutes twice a day and I've already almost tripled it, so as long as I manage 15 minutes (so that my FitBit logs it) this afternoon, then I won't push myself any more than that. I'd like to do another 40 minutes this afternoon, but I honestly don't think my body will let me 'cos I had 3 significant wobbles this morning so I don't want to go too far too fast.
