Had a very late start to the day and because Steve's been paid today, he's going to get a Subway sarnie for lunch and not have any breakfast, so I'll be living on water and bread that's past its best today.
I've taken my morning pills, run the virus scan (still clear), left a book review on Amazon and cared for my carer for 2 hours and 20 minutes so far.
I've got a bag of "wonky carrots" and "wonky peppers" so they will be my lunch.

Gonna go and take the plate out to the kitchen, then do my laps now I reckon.
