How are you all doing this morning?
Unfortunately, despite such a late night last night, I woke up at my usual time so according to my FitBit I only got 7 hours and 32 minutes of sleep last night. I've got the spreadsheet ready for next week now though and the virus scan was clear so it's almost time for my morning pills. Reckon I'll give myself a couple of squirts of the B12 spray to wake me up and give me more energy this morning. Only gonna give myself a couple of sprays though 'cos I don't feel as bad as I usually do when I dose myself up with it. OK, the two sprays are already starting to work and I've still got two sprays left for later if I need them.
Just had the reminder come up for my pills, so I'm gonna take 'em now and then make breakfast.
I'm pondering on investing in the next generation of my FitBit after Christmas and JanNo 'cos they don't sell my current FitBit any more, but I wanna get some feedback from the current FitBit users first. If I can use 'em both at the same time then that would be ideal, but I dunno what I'm gonna do yet. If you've got an opinion about it, then I'd love to hear it!
Time for my pills now though... brb.
OK, pills taken and the one that's usually the easiest to swallow was a nightmare this morning!
When my carer finally wakes up, I'll go and make our breakfasts. The B12 spray is working miracles so I'm hoping to be able to do another 40 minutes of laps twice again today. I'll also hopefully remember to take a photo of my meals today, for the first time in 3 days... I'm definitely gonna have breakfast but I reckon/predict at 7.21am that my carer will come up with an excuse not to cook again for lunch today.
I've already drunk a litre of pop this morning, but I think that's pretty normal for me... glug most of the days liquid in the first few hours that I'm awake, then slowly work my way down just one or two glasses after I've had lunch.
Gotta take the rubbish and recycling out today too... I'm predicting that I'll be doing that totally alone again too.
My carer has just woken up, so I'd best go and make his breakfast for him.
