How are you all doing this morning?
According to my FitBit I slept longer and more peacefully (wrong word but can't think of the right one) without my fitness tracker on my wrist than I did with it on. Assuming the new one (that's coming today) has got an alarm setting on it, I'll set it to wake me up at 6am rather than 5.30am and head to bed at 8pm rather than 7.30pm.
I've already cared for my carer for over an hour this morning and he wants 2 yoghurts and his juice for breakfast, as opposed to his usual granola, so I'm predicting right now, at 7.15am, that he'll be hungry before 11am. He seems to be pretty motivated to cook for lunch for the first time this week, so maybe not having any breakfast today will be a good thing so that I've got plenty left for lunchtime?
Not gonna do any laps again today, so that my body can have a bit of a chance to recover from the last 10 days of daily exercise. I'll start again tomorrow though, for sure.
I'm pondering on posting more regularly about my health to my Caring Bridge page, so if you wanna know more about how I'm doing, then that might be the page to keep an eye on?
Gonna take my morning pills now then sort out my carer's breakfast when he wakes up.
