...final laps of the week done and dusted and already done just over 8k steps today, so I'm hoping to hit 9k before I clamber into bed, but if not then that's OK too 'cos I've already hit 10k once this week and I've done considerably better, time-wise, than I was thinking on Monday. I'm gonna stick to half an hour twice a day and aim for 7,500 steps a day for a while yet, so that my body doesn't shut down on me.
Feeling really positive about what I've achieved this week though and I'm hoping I've lost some weight when I weigh myself tomorrow.
