That's the rubbish and recycling out for another week

What with us not having a cooked lunch after all, the rubbish and recycling needed to be taken out, so I've just done that and my carer did bugger all again.

I reckon my carer's caring is gonna remain at 98 minutes for the last 7 days 'cos he's already dramatically reduced our lunch to just his chips and the rubbish and recycling has been sorted now, so he won't do anything else for the rest of the day now yet my morning total for today is already at over double that and I'm under half an hour away from doubling the minimum required to be recognised as a carer.
