...finished, my carer's lunch made, Morrisons order (via Amazon) sorted, just about to take his mugs through to the kitchen then it'll be time for my afternoon pill.
My watch broke so I can't keep an eye on the time and have had to replace it which'll be here tomorrow, which means I can't do my laps until it's arrived and been charged up, but that's OK I guess, it'll give my legs a chance to recover!
Time to take the mugs out now I reckon, then relax unless the door goes with my prescription and/or the chocolate.
My legs are already seizing up lol
