The most complicated part of this morning's breakfast was boiling the kettle lol
I just had 2 slices of bread and dairy-free spread along with a caffeinated instant coffee so I'll be stumbling backwards and forwards to the bathroom every 5 minutes for the rest of the day now lol
Assuming I remember to ask my lunchtime carer of course, today's lunch will be the leftover vegan "chicken" fillet and chips (aka fries) so that'll really fill me up and hopefully send me to sleep quicker tonight.
