I weighed myself this morning, like I do every Monday morning, and I've lost 1kg in the last 7 days, so I'm literally only 200g away from being underweight now, so there will be lots of dairy-free spread and high calorie crisps this week lol
Today's breakfast was 2 slices of wholemeal bread, dairy-free spread (because of my dairy allergy of course) and a bottle of orange juice.
I'm gonna have chips and a few bits of the left-over Quorn roast for my lunch today and a packet of the high calorie vegan crisps for pud... very much a make-do lunch today I reckon.
