How are you doing this morning?
I've just weighed myself (after starting the daily virus scan) and I've put on 100g in 7 days, so I'm still barely in my healthy weight range, but barely and it's going in the right direction now, thankfully.
I've got a medical appointment just after lunch, and it's potentially a triple one, possibly involving a blood test even though it's a mental health appointment, so I need to shave for the first time in a month 'cos I'm a hairy cow right now. It means that I'll be experimenting with having a bath and hoping that I don't get pneumonia 'cos I haven't turned the hot water on since Steve's funeral in January, but if the experimentation works and I can find the right level, it'll mean that I can still have a warm/hot bath without turning the emersion heater on for two weeks first and running up such a huge electricity bill again.
I've put last week's FitBit spreadsheet onto my homepage now if you wanna go and take a peek? There were only 2 days last week when I didn't hit the minimum number of steps, so that's reassuring.
Have I already said that I've taken my morning pills, 'cos I have.
I've gotta remember to take the bags with Steve's prescriptions in them out to the car when Marie comes to pick me up to take me to my medical appointment.
It's all go this week 'cos of the medical appointment today and the washer-drier being delivered tomorrow!
I managed 7 hours and 21 minutes of sleep overnight, which is less than my body needs, but better than the 6 hours a night of the last couple of months. I'm absolutely shattered, but hopefully I'll be able to relax and recover after Wednesday 'cos I can't keep on like this.
This blog post is already too long, so I'm gonna sort out my to-do list then have my breakfast I reckon.
