Mornin' all

I needed that early night last night and managed to get 8 hours and 24 minutes of sleep, but I'm still absolutely cream crackered.

I've taken my morning pills and started off the weekly virus scan so I'm gonna take the opportunity to recover for the next couple of hours before it all starts again.

I've got a busy morning this morning 'cos I've got my morning carers coming to wash and dress me and I need to remember to ask them to collapse and fold up the Hoover box so that I can recycle it, then my groceries, then Steve's flapjacks going, then the backups, then my lunch before I start on tidying off Steve's chair as much as possible this afternoon.  It's gonna be another busy day again!

I'm gonna sort out my day's to-do list before I forget about the flapjacks and box.
