Mornin' all

Got a busy day today 'cos I'm expecting 4 deliveries and I'm hopefully gonna give away something to a Freegler as well as eating two meals and I've gotta remember to ask the morning carer to scrub the toilet bowl clean while I'm getting washed so that I can splodge the cleaner thing onto it to hopefully keep it a bit cleaner than it has been for the last several years.

I've taken my morning pills and my daily virus scan was still clear, so I'm not planning to move off the sofa between deliveries and eating other than to use the bathroom.

I've got a busy couple of Monday's coming up 'cos I've got my enabler coming at the start of next week then my social worker the week after.

I managed to catch 8 hours and 27 minutes of sleep overnight, for the second time this week and I'm feeling a lot more with it and able to physically cope with the day now.

I'm gonna put the first load of laundry of the day on before I forget again... hold on!

OK, that's Steve's towels just started, so I've just got a duvet cover, his t-shirt and his cardigan to do now, then that's the entire wash sorted.  I'm wondering if I should leave his t-shirt and cardigan unwashed though, so that I've still got his smell to remind me of him?  

Yes.  

His cardigan and t-shirt are gonna stay unwashed and I'll put them into the wardrobe.

Back in a bit again.

OK, that's his t-shirt and cardigan separated and I'll take them upstairs with me when I go to bed tonight.

Time to sort out my to-do list then have my breakfast I reckon.
