I've already taken my morning pills and the bread out of the freezer so that I can have another high calorie/low effort week with my breakfasts 'cos I've got something happening every day so I wanna get as many calories into me as possible 'cos I won't be able to eat at least on Thursday and Saturday, maybe not today if the last two weeks are anything to go by and my lunchtime carers don't turn up by 1pm.
I've decided to make Wednesday my day of mental health honesty, like I did with the physical health posts last week or the week before or whenever it was.
The daily virus scan was clear, so it's time to put up today's to-do list then go and have my breakfast while I wait for the rubbish and recycling to be picked up now I guess.
