Next week

I've just done some maffs on my weeks calories based on what I've recorded in FitBit (ie everything other than water which is calorie free and squash 3 times a day to take all my pills with) and I'm over 10,000 calories over budget for the week so if I haven't put on at least a kilo tomorrow I'll wanna know what else I have to do to achieve it lol


I've got a free week next week (other than my carers twice a day and my groceries on Tuesday morning) so I'll have no excuse not to indulge in more bread and spread if I need to lol


The week after next is pure bedlam 'cos the only days that are free (right now at least) are Monday and Wednesday - I've got things happening every other day so I'll be totally knackered by the time I crawl into bed each night, so I'll hopefully be able to get more than 6 hours of sleep each night.


Time to pop my last pills of the week and crawl up to bed now I reckon.
