I've just weighed myself and I'm no longer underweight 'cos I've put on 1.25kg in the last week which is a huuuge relief. I'm right at the very bottom of my healthy weight range, but at least I'm in it now instead of being underweight like I was last week. I'd still like to put on a couple of kilo's to get me to the top of the range, but I won't be looking for every opportunity to get more calories into me this week.
Time for breakfast now, I think.
