Finished off the box of potato waffles with the last 3 which saves a decent amount of room in the little freezer now and I had vegan chicken nuggets with a decent splat of tomato ketchup, so I've eaten well today! I'm about 3,500 calories over budget so far this week so I'm hoping that I'll have put on a bit of weight on Monday's weigh-in 'cos of being so underweight on Monday. I wanna put on about 3kg before I go back to having cereal again but I might have a few bowls so that I can finish off the soya milk so that it doesn't go to waste.
