I had toast with dairy free spread and another apple juice this morning. I'm about a third of the way down the loaf now, after 3 days so I can pretty much guarantee that the loaf will go mouldy before I can finish it off. I might have 4 slices of toast tomorrow to see how my belly copes with a double breakfast lol It needs to be used up before it goes stale though, so I reckon that's what I'll do until I've finished the loaf off.
