• Wake up
• Take morning pills
• Run weekly virus scan
• Do backups
• Put in prescription request
• Re-fill bottles with squash
• Have breakfast

• Get washed and dressed with my carer
• Get emersion heater fixed
• Have lunch
• Take lunchtime pill
• Put emersion heater on for an hour - I'm gonna have my bath tomorrow so that I can be sure all the air has come out of the pipes
• Charge up FitBit
• Have a hot bath - I'm gonna have my bath tomorrow so that I can be sure all the air has come out of the pipes
• Turn emersion heater off - I'm gonna have my bath tomorrow so that I can be sure all the air has come out of the pipes
• Keep an eye on Freegle to see if anyone wants VHS player
• Keep an eye on Freegle to see if anyone wants microwave
