I was gonna have toast for breakfast again, but it had gone mouldy so I went with Fruit and Fibre cereal instead.
I'm underweight now so need to somehow put on weight this week, but I dunno how... any ideas for a chocaholic vegetarian who is allergic to dairy and peppermint? Please? I haven't got many kitchen things (so no blender or food processor or anything like that - literally just an oven, hob, grill and a toaster) and it needs to be ready in under 10 minutes and explainable to my carers who know very little English and lots of pointing... aaaand, go! lol
