I think it's gonna be one of those days today 'cos I'm having techie issues again 🙄
I've refilled my squash bottle and taken my morning pills, so I'm just waiting for my first carer of the week now.
When my carer has gone, I'll make myself my first caffeinated drink of the week so that I can try and wake up a bit... I'm thinking it'll be a mocha 'cos I need the comfort and encouragement it provides.
I need to weigh myself too. According to the nurse at my mid-life health check, my weight was "spot on" so I think I'm gonna aim to keep my weight a couple of kilo's lower than I was thinking. I still need to put on 1.6kg to reach my goal weight, but not the weight I was thinking originally.
I'm gonna publish this and sort out my first to-do list of the week now I think.
