I've just phoned my bank about the TFA thing (at last) and apparently I need to contact each place individually to ask them to turn it on as it's something that they have to pay for and not all companies do.
I'm gonna contact my two biggest spend companies now, while I remember, but I don't hold out much hope of it happening so I've just gotta be even more careful with my clicks and money now!
Incredibly frustrating, but I know how to hopefully get it put back in place now.
