I'm veeeery late getting this photo resized and put together with this message, but I've been chucking my guts up all morning and this is the longest my bum has been on the sofa all morning so I wanted to take the opportunity to put the photo up while I could, especially as my lunchtime carer is due any time now.
Breakfast was just 2 slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast and dairy-free spread with a 250ml bottle of orange juice.
