Today's breakfast was the same as the rest of this week - 2 slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast and dairy-free spread with a 250ml bottle of orange juice.
The bread was only defrosting for 40 minutes today instead of the hour that I usually leave it for and it was a lot softer and easier to eat this morning, so I'm gonna try giving it 30 minutes tomorrow to see if that's the magic number 'cos I prefer my toast on the soft rather than crunchy side.
I've also had a mug of vegan hot chocolate with the last of the vegan chocolate squirty cream and 100g of chocolate-coated Brazil nuts that are stuck in my teeth now lol
