Why?
Because I've gotta:
- weigh myself
- log my weight into my FitBit app
- Bring the rubbish sack in
- Bring the recycling containers in
- Let the Freegler know as soon as I'm available so that they can collect their item
- Bring in the first delivery
- Bring in the second delivery
- Bring in the third delivery
- Hopefully bring in the squirty cream
- Put the squirty cream away
- Let the Freegler know as soon as I'm available in the afternoon
- Phone my bank about TFA
- Phone my other bank about the scammer
- Change the bedding
- Collapse in an exhausted heap
I'm not gonna do the laps tomorrow, even if my weight is back up to where I want it to be, 'cos it'll stress me out on top of the other 15 things I need to do tomorrow that are out of the ordinary. If my weight is back to where I want it to be then I'll re-start the laps on Tuesday but I'm not gonna be able to have my arse on the sofa for long enough to even think about doing them tomorrow so I'm not even going to consider doing it.
I've had a stressful few days and I'm not gonna add to it by cramming the laps in on top of everything else otherwise it'll fuck me up good and proper which I really don't want or need to happen.
Tomorrow is gonna be a day of vegging out between each of the different things I've gotta do tomorrow and I refuse to feel guilty about it.
