I've got another herbal tea on the go before my morning carer arrives and I've activated the two gel air fresheners that were delivered on Tuesday so I'll have a bedroom full of lavendar this evening and I've already got a living room full of peony.
According to my FitBit, I was asleep for 8 hours and 51 minutes so I'm happy with that. I found out this week that it can reliably go to the high 60%s without stopping monitoring my sleep instead of the 79% that it used to be, so that's good and means that I can get an extra day and a bit between charges, so I'm happy with that.
I've set my watch to the right time at last, so I won't be 40 seconds slow any more lol
I've got, I think, a totally free day today, unless my social worker or support worker stop by of course, so I'm planning on spending the day vegging out and doing as little as possible.
I've taken my morning pills and my daily virus scan was still clear, so that's reassuring.
Gonna put my day's to-do list up and wait for my morning carer now I think.
