I had a reasonably healthy lunch today of battered onion rings and carrots with brown sauce to give the rings a bit of much-needed moisture.
My carer did it all today and wouldn't even let me bring the plate through, so I was thoroughly spoiled with the level of support today!
I had a pud today too 'cos I seriously needed to increase my calorie count and I'm only 13 calories over the minimum today, even after two Belgian buns!! I can see there being far too many drinking chocolates to boost my calorie count even more this afternoon lol
