I've woken up sore, stiff and swollen, but my blood pressure was back into the high end of my normal range again and my Visible reading was 3 out of 5 so I'm gonna try and take things gently today.
My morning pills have been popped with my first glass of water of the day and I can feel my body rapidly clinging on to every last cell of each pill as fast as it can after missing all of yesterday's pills.
Thankfully the daily virus scan was still, reassuringly, clear, so it's time to get today's to-do list together now methinks, then I'll go and get washed and changed and have my breakfast. Today's lunch and tea will be fruit bread as long as I remember to take it out of the freezer in time lol Gotta remember to give my Inspire some emergency juice too.
