Second update to today's to-do list

  • Take Visible reading
  • Use blood pressure machine
  • Put details onto spreadsheet
  • Put BP machine away
  • Drink glass of water
  • Take morning pills
  • Run weekly virus scan
  • Do weekly backups - started @ 5.11am and finished @ 6.46am
  • Come up with a tag line for my memoir
  • Study at least one course
  • Listen to podcasts
  • Listen to playlists
  • Turn on air purifier
  • Read and review a book
  • Check forum
  • Announce birthdays if necessary
  • Get washed and dressed
  • Charge up Inspire
  • Charge up spam phone
  • Charge up personal phone
  • Make breakfast of toast and juice
  • Take photo of breakfast
  • Put photo of breakfast on here and Instagram
  • Wash up
  • Give bras to Freegler - they aren't coming today after all so I'm giving them to the same person who's having the other 3 things on 9th January
  • Make honey drink
  • Do morning laps
  • Do morning sit-ups

  • Bring in first delivery
  • Put first delivery away
  • Bring in second delivery
  • Put second delivery away
  • Download and resize today's blood pressure photos
  • Put last BP photos onto health site

  • Keep my fingers crossed they enjoy and positively review my memoir
  • Keep an eye on Freecycle to see if anyone wants anything
  • Keep an eye on Freegle to see if anyone wants the bras or scoop - someone's coming for the scoop and duvet thing and card on 9th January after their shift and someone's coming for the bras on Wednesday morning - today's the day for the bras - they couldn't make it after all, so the bras are going to the other Freegler who is also having the scoop, duvet thing and card
  • Keep an eye on Olio to see if anyone wants the crystalised ginger
  • Make lunch of onion rings/tofu
  • Put photo of lunch on here and Instagram
  • Do washing up
  • Take lunchtime pill
  • Do afternoon laps
  • Do sit-ups in hall

  • There's chocolate multipacks in the fridge
  • And me-friendly cheese
  • And treat-sized choccie on the side
  • As well as Pringles in the drawers
  • And peanuts
  • And loads of soft drinks
  • Study my courses (starting at the bottom of the page)
  • Post about something I'm grateful for today
  • Download, resize and save BP machine photos
  • Put 6 days' worth of photos on my health site - I put up the last one of the year this morning to make it easier for me next time - I can do 6 days of January rather than 1 of 2025 and 5 of January now
  • Put blood pressure spreadsheet onto health site on the last day of each month
  • Put Visible PDF onto health site on 1st of every month
  • Take Visible reading
  • Take evening pills
  • Go to bed
