Just taken my last pills of the day, so...

...I'm gonna head to bed for another early night soon.  

 

I've got a Covid booster jab tomorrow morning, so I apologise if things are a bit out of the ordinary for a while... hopefully it'll only be a few weeks, but I'm gonna be listening to my body until its recovered from the side effects again.  There will hopefully (memory permitting) be a photo of my breakfast, I'm just not sure about when the next blog post, let alone photo, will be is all.

All I ask is for your patience for the next little while is all.
