...cared for my carer for 12 hours and 4 minutes today so 15 hours is a possibility today after all and I could still have an early night too. I'm not planning on bumping downstairs too early tomorrow - my body needs rest after such a small amount of sleep then the jab this morning, so that's what I'm hoping to give it tonight... take my final pills at 7pm and hopefully be asleep before 8pm then as late of a morning as possible tomorrow!
