Lunch today was...

...half a kilo of carrots, so those and the four slices of bread I had for breakfast mean that I've eaten less than a third of my daily calorie count, but I wasn't given a choice.


Lunch tomorrow is chicken Korma for Steve and either hash browns if my carer can motivate himself to cook a few for me, or nothing again.  I've got plenty of fruit, so might make myself a smoothie later on today and/or for lunch tomorrow, but I doubt I'll be having breakfast 'cos there won't be enough Granola for both of us so it'll be 250ml of orange juice for breakfast and either a smoothie or hash browns for lunch tomorrow, so yet another low calorie day... good job I need to lose a few kilo's again, innit.


I've done my second set of laps and clocked up a huuuuge 81 active minutes in 9,173 steps today, so there's a chance that I might even be able to get close to 10,000 steps before I head to bed tonight, which I haven't done for over a year, so I'm feeling pretty proud of myself right now!


My legs are seriously weak and tired now, so I'm not gonna go further than the bathroom for the rest of the day now.
