...for the rest of the day now 'cos as well as bringing in and putting away the groceries, pretty much totally alone again, I've made my carer a drink and done my last set of laps and my legs gave way underneath me, so I think I've done too much today, so I'm not gonna move off the sofa other than to go for a wee and my carer will just have to wait or do it himself if he wants me to do anything else for the next three hours.
