So far this morning, I've:
- taken my morning pills
- cared for my carer for an hour
- made a hot drink for my carer
- started the daily virus scan
Now it's time to:
- water the seedlings/plants then
- get straight on with my laps then
- make breakfast for both of us, then
- do my torso twists, then
- the washing up then
- get ready for a meeting with my bank over Zoom
So a busy morning this morning, but I'm not gonna push my body too much today otherwise I'll end up on the floor.
Time to get cracking with the watering first though.
