I put in over 13 hours of care yesterday and managed almost 10 hours of sleep too, so my body obviously needed it after Thursday. I doubt I'll hit 85 hours of care this week but might just about scrape through 80 hours 'cos that's only 24 hours of care away, so that should be just about do-able by bedtime tomorrow. My carer has only managed 1 hour and 44 minutes of care for me so far this week, so at a stretch it'll end up being 10% of the minimum hours required to be recognised as a carer, but I breezed through that before 7am on Thursday, yet apparently I'm not the carer and I do nothing to help or support him <shrug>.
He's awake now, so I'd best go and make his breakfast for him when he comes out of the bathroom I suppose.
Gotta remember to water the seedlings/plants and bring in the top-up groceries from Steve's family, then make him his first hot drink of the day, which he'll barely touch again. I'll do my laps after I've put the top-up shop away so that my legs have as much time to recover as possible.
I've already taken my morning pills, so I'll give them a chance to start working before I do too much too.
The daily virus scan was reassuringly still clear and my phone is charging up so time to get cracking on this morning's to-do list now.
Gonna do my morning's torso twists while he's getting washed at the kitchen sink first though.
