...I've filled one of the smoothie maker bottles up with almost 500ml of water and put about a teaspoon of the Chia seeds in, gave it a stir, then a shake and I'm gonna leave it until half past, give it another shake then put it in the fridge until tomorrow. Keep your fingers crossed that I've done it right and that I don't mind the flavour tomorrow morning please?! If I don't like the taste, I'll try adding a squirt of honey to the next one to see if that improves it, then I'll try using my soya milk to see which I prefer.
I'd never even heard of Chia seeds until yesterday afternoon so this is all a totally new experience for me!
