Today's lunch was made by me, until the tomato and garlic pasta sauce spat at me and I instantly lost confidence... if I'd managed to over-ride my anxiety for literally a couple of minutes longer, I'd have been able to do it all. Steve had to do the draining, combining and dishing up, but that was purely because of my height and the heaviness of the pan.
I'm gonna have the smoothie in a few hours otherwise two meals and the smoothie would just be too much. There won't be a photo of it 'cos the bottle is just completely full of yummy pink goodness so you can't see anything within the bottle, but I'll have it soon so that the raspberries don't go to waste.
