How are you all doing this morning?
I've given the plants their first drink of the day, taken my morning pills, cared for my carer for over an hour while he was asleep, then made his breakfast for him when he woke up and took his empty bowl out to the kitchen when he'd finished eating.
I did my weekly weigh-in this morning and I'm only 900g away from being underweight because I ate so little last week.
I said to Steve as soon as I weighed myself and logged it into FitBit that I'd need to eat every day this week. I'm predicting, at 8.16am, that I'll get maybe 2 or 3 meals this week and I'll be underweight again on Monday. An easy way for me to rapidly gain weight is to have toast and the high calorie, dairy free spread for breakfast, but I can't do that otherwise Steve won't be able to have his sandwiches in the evening, which uses up 4 slices at a time, so one loaf of bread lasts for a maximum of 3 days for Steve alone. As long as he's fed, then it doesn't matter about me though, right?
I've just set the daily virus scan going and chomped my way through a gorgeously sweet (if slightly soft) banana to try and increase my calories a touch more. I've got a vegan drinking chocolate on the go too, so as long as I have at least a couple of those a day, especially on the days that I don't eat much (Thursday's, minimum).
Gonna code and upload last weeks FitBit spreadsheet now, before I forget again, then put my breakfast photo up on here and Instagram before getting cracking with the news.
