The fantastic whirlwind carer that is Bea came to make my lunch for me today. I was going to have a veggie cottage pie, but when I read the cooking time it said 40 minutes instead of the 20 that I thought I had read, so in a rapid change of mind I had 11 onion rings instead. I'll have to remember to get a home-made soup (made by my MIL) out of the freezer ready for Monday and significantly adjust my grocery orders so that I take those and the pasta bakes off 'cos they take 40 minutes too, so it looks like it's gonna be chips and onion rings and hash browns and potato croquettes and waffles from now on. No biggie, but I'll have to find something else eventually.
