I've just been met by an absolute whirlwind of a carer which meant that I couldn't put my breakfast photo up until now.
I finished off the granola this morning so I'll have to open up the next packet tomorrow morning before I can have breakfast... might wait for my carer to do that though, but judging by this morning, maybe it'd be better to eat before she arrives 'cos I'm absolutely wiped out and my legs could give way at any time now!
Breakfast was Tropical fruits granola, soya milk and a bottle of orange juice, along with a decaff coffee about 10 minutes later lol
