Cor lummy I'm stuffed and burping for England now!
Not only did I have my breakfast, but I had a sharing packet of crisps for elevenses then a lunch of potato croquettes, vegan nuggets and a big serving of sweetcorn, on top of the 2¾ litres of liquid this morning and another big (as in 500ml) plastic glass of water to keep my hydrated while I read for the next hour or so.
According to my FitBit I'm currently 1922 calories over my daily budget, so I've eaten about 9,000 calories over budget so far this week, thanks mostly to the toast and dairy-free spread I've had every morning since Tuesday lol Better over than under though, considering I need to put on 3kg to be at the top of my healthy weight range, which is where I prefer to be.
