I had my usual 2 slices of wholemeal toast with dairy-free spread and a botte of orange juice for my breakfast this morning, then a home-made decaff mocha when I took the plate and bottle back through to the kitchen. I desperately need to increase my calories this week 'cos I lost even more weight according to the scales this morning so I'll have to scoff lotsa chocolate again... what a pity eh? 😉
