Today's (14th March 2023) lunch photo

My portion sizes and my (internal) stomach have seriously shrunk in the last 4 months!  At the start of December 2022 today's lunch would have been just enough to fill me up and I'd have had room for more within a few hours as well as multiple drinking chocolates in the afternoon.  Now?  Today?  I'm totally stuffed and verging on bloated!

Today's lunch was 5 hash browns, 9 onion rings, 8 vegan chicken nuggets and a load of tomato ketchup.  It should have been just over half of that if I had been sensible lol

My lunchtime carer did the lot today.  I took the things out of the freezer and put them on the baking tray (so it was totally my fault lol) and she did the rest, including bringing it in for me and putting it on the table in front of me so that I didn't have to wobble my way through from the kitchen.  Thank you Mara!
