I finished off last weeks carton of soya milk with my fruit and fibre cereal this morning, then drank my usual bottle of orange juice followed by a mug of decaff coffee.
Now that my hayfever season has officially started, I will prolly be drinking more than normal to ease my throat which is maybe why I've been drinking so much liquid recently and I didn't realise... the pollen maybe got into my throat and dried it out which made me so thirsty kinda thing?
