Today's breakfast was the same as yesterday's: 2 slices of wholemeal toast with dairy-free spread and a bottle of apple juice. It'll be the same for at least the next two days 'cos there's still 2 bottles of juice waiting to be drunk and the best part of an entire 800g loaf of bread to get through before it goes mouldy lol It's giving my body a break from the fruit and fibre and hopefully helping me to gain weight though which was my intention when I got the loaf out of the freezer on Monday morning.
It's taken until Wednesday this week, but I've just had the first of my two allowed (for medical reasons, according to my GP) caffeine hits of the week. Both caffeine hits will have to be early on in the week next week 'cos I've got things happening on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, which I really can't miss or be ill for and they've gotta be spread out too, so I'm assuming next week's allowed caffeine's will be on Monday and Friday, so maybe they won't be early on after all?!
