Ohhhhhh yeah

Just had my first bath with a hot refill for the first time in 3 years.  

I had a few warm baths but no refills for about a year after that, then it was shallow, tepid baths with the emersion heater having been on for 2 weeks and barely any hot water being used at all.

I'm now totally relaxed, clean, shaven and no longer in as much pain... I can deal with life again now.

I'm slightly over my daily budget, but that's OK 'cos I'm still £6 under budget for the week so far, so that's totally OK with me and it was soooo worth it.

I racked up 12 active minutes just before I got in the bath but I'm not feeling it at all so the lavendary bubbles were what my body needed to recover from that too.

I might try putting the emersion on for half an hour next time 'cos that will obviously use less electricity to heat the water and if it's still hot then that's fine by me!  If it had only been on for half an hour instead of an hour this time then I'd still be under budget... it's all a case of experimenting though, so my next experiment will be putting it on for half an hour and that'll be the day before my next medical appointment.

I can cope with life again now.
