A simple but healthy and filling lunch today of 3 potato waffles, finished off the bag of sweetcorn and enough tomato ketchup to give the waffles some extra moisture.
The waffles were only in the oven for 16 minutes today, instead of the usual 20 and they were a lot softer and easier to eat so I needed less to drink while I was eating them today, so that's another meal that I can have other than instant rice noodles and instant soup, which will make my carers happy when I've cleared out the stuff that I've already bought and is on the menus over the next 3 weeks. Mind you, today's carer didn't put an apron on today, just gloves and a mask, so maybe that's why there was extra time at the end for her to wash up too?
