What did I ever do before I had these in my life?!
I was getting soo stressed about having to separate each of my clothes into piles before I put them into the washer/drier and kept tripping over the clothes each time I used the kitchen. I got so fed up by the start of December that I knew I had to get things organised.
These were cheap, they were a multipack of 3 (so I could separate my wools, cottons and other things that needed a separate washing programme) and seemed to be just what I was looking for.
They didn't have great reviews, but as a temporary measure they would be OK until I found something more permanent.
They arrived and the package was so thin that I really didn't have a good feeling... surely you can't fit 3 laundry baskets up that much, can you?
I was wrong.
So, so wrong.
I couldn't understand how they could possibly be sturdy enough to hold even a few t-shirts and still be useable.
I pulled the elastic off and it instantly sprang into life.
I got a faceful of the mesh and it almost knocked my glasses off my face it was so forceful!
I put the first one on the floor and tried to collapse it up again but couldn't work out how to because it didn't come with any instructions. That was a plus point for me though - I wanted something that wasn't gonna give up the ghost when it was half full of my laundry!
I took it into the kitchen and separated my cottons into it.
So far so good.
I came back into the living room and reminded myself not to hold it so close to my face when I opened the second one.
Same thing happened, so I took that through to the kitchen and put my wools into it which made it considerably heavier. I moved it to it's new home and it was still in one piece... so far so good with this one too.
The last one was for my towels and other miscellaneous laundry.
Got another faceful of mesh lol
Threw the towels into it and bingo! A clear floor, more organised kitchen and no more tripping over and making holes in clothes!
I still haven't got a clue how to collapse them up, but my toddler nephew knew how to do it!
Basically, these are a must-have for me now and I couldn't be without them.
